Day 3: Desktop Migration and Launch Hardening

With the core architecture stabilized, I’ve transitioned back to the desktop workstation to finalize the launch sequence. The repo is fully synced, dependencies are locked, and the build pipeline is clearing in under 16 seconds.

Key updates:

• Environment Sync: Restored the local dev environment with the latest Astro 6 and Vite configurations.
• Build Verification: Successfully ran a production build on Windows, resolving any remaining path-alias discrepancies.
• Component Hardening: Refactoring Giscus comments for better environment handling and verifying ID integrity for the live discussion thread.
• Asset Audit: Performing a final scrub of placeholders to ensure a “Senior Architect” tier presentation.

Next up: Final deployment to Vercel and real-world Lighthouse validation.
